L'escale marseillaise s'intègre dans le calendrier du programme de préparation olympique : entre la régate annuelle de Palma de Mallorca (Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia) et l'étape française de la 'Sailing World Cup' de Hyères.
The 'Marseille stop over' is just situated in terms of dates and geographically in between the Palma Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia regatta & the Sailing World Cup in Hyères.
Au programme du 7 au 12 avril : deux journées d'accueil et d'entraînement permettant aux équipages d'appréhender le plan d'eau marseillais. Puis 4 jours de compétition du jeudi 9 au dimanche 12 sur des parcours 'trapèze' selon le format olympique en vigueur.
Main schedule from 7th to 12th of April : 2 welcome and training days followed by 4 racing days from Thursday to Sunday.
Toutefois, le Stade Nautique du Roucas Blanc sera ouvert aux concurrents dès le dimanche 5 avril pour ceux qui souhaiteraient venir s'entraîner plus tôt ou déposer leur matériel juste après Palma. Demandez votre pass d'accès sur event@ycpr.net afin que le gardien puisse vous ouvrir le portail le 5 ou le 6.
The venue will be able to welcome competitors from Sunday, the 5th (for early trainings or to drop material straight after Palma). Please send your arrival details to event@ycpr.net in order to get your entry pass in return (to show to the guard at the main entrance on the 5th or the 6th).

Registration: the Race Office will open on Wednesday, the 8th of April 2015 at 10:00.
Each competitor shall confirm his/her entry at the Race Office by Thursday, the 9th of April 2015 at 11:00.
Registration office opening hours : on the 8th : from 10am to 1pm / From 2pm to 6pm.
On the 9th : from 9am to 11:00am.
Pre-race measurement inspections: inspections will begin on 8th April 2015 at 10:00. Each boat shall pass the inspections and have a set of sails stamped by the Regatta Chief Measurer by 9th April 2015 at 11:00.
Measurement opening hours : on the 8th : from 10am to 1pm / From 2pm to 6pm.
On the 9th : from 9am to 11:00am.
Courses: from 9th to 12th April 2015
The scheduled time of the first warning signal for the first race is 14:00 on 9th April.
The first warning signal on each following day should be : 11:00 on the 10th / 11:00 on the 11th / 10:00 on the 12th (schedule to be confirmed in the SI).
Maximum of twelve races per fleet over four days (no more than three races a day).
No warning signal will be done after 15:30 on 12th April 2015.
